“How to Buy a Firearm Online” from Arms Industries section was created to provide clear and simple instructions on the process of purchasing a firearm online so you know what to expect.

Buying a firearm from Arms Industries is not only easy and safe, it is often times more affordable than going down to your local gun store. However, there are a few things to know before buying a firearm online.

The Gun Control Act of 1968, prevents Arms Industries from shipping firearms directly to you (e.g., buyer, private party). All firearms purchased from Arms Industries MUST be shipped directly to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer in your area.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver. You must also be a legal resident of the state in which you wish to transfer the firearm.

Purchasing a gun for someone who is prohibited by law from possessing one or for someone who does not want his or her name associated with the transaction is a "straw purchase.

  • An illegal firearm purchase (straw purchase) is a federal crime.
  • An illegal firearm purchase can bring a felony conviction sentence of ten years in jail and a fine of up to $250,000.
  • Buying a gun for someone who is underage or otherwise prohibited from owning and/or possessing a gun can cost you your good name and land you in serious trouble.

Never buy a gun for someone who is unwilling or unable to do so.

Whatever you do, Don't Lie for the Other Guy!

Gun trafficking is the process by which guns enter the black market where they often end up used in crimes that threaten the lives of people across the country. There is currently no federal anti-trafficking law, making it all too easy for criminals to exploit weaknesses in the system and flood communities with illegal guns. Arms Industries does not engage in or condone “trafficked firearms,” illegal purchases or illegal use of firearms.

  • Shop online and select the firearm you wish to purchase.
  • Add the firearm to your cart. Verify the quantity of firearms you wish to purchase, then click "Add To Cart." At this point, you may continue shopping for more firearms and accessories, or other products that do not require an FFL.

If you purchase a combination of FFL items (e.g., pistol, shotgun, etc.) and Non-FFL items (e.g., magazines, flashlights), the FFL items will be shipped to the FFL dealer you select, and the Non-FFL items will be shipped to the billing address associated with your credit card.
