Orders & Shipping

SECTION 1: ORDER PROCESSING:

As soon as you place your order with Arms Industries, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and is going through (3) stages; (1) payment authorization; (2) FFL dealer verification; and (3) packaging for shipment. As soon as we receive your order we will automatically reach out to our shipping department to pull the product from inventory and begin processing order.  If the item is currently on backorder or out of stock we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail. If product is available for immediate shipment (within 1-2 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

PLEASE NOTE:

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Each product purchased online requires a specific processing time before your order can ship from our facility. This processing time may vary during high volume order periods. Orders are approved once payment has been received, all shipping and billing information have been verified, and customers transferring dealers federal firearms license (FFL) has been received and verified. This process is usually completed within two (2) business days, however under extenuating circumstances may take up to four (4) business days. Delivery expectation also varies based on the shipping method you choose at checkout and is calculated by business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground with signature receipt confirmation required upon delivery from purchaser. If you would like insurance added to your package or you want your purchase delivered “Next-Day Air”, please let us know before placing your order. Insurance is recommended, but not required. Arms Industries will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please inspect the package for any damage prior to accepting the package. Any damage needs to be reported to shipping carrier (UPS/USPS) immediately upon receiving product.

SECTION 2: BILLING:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Certified Cashier’s Check from any major U.S. bank, and Bank Wire transfers (on approved dealer/distributor accounts). All online orders are processed through 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

If you elect to send us a Certified Cashier’s Check, payment must be sent to us via USPS Priority Mail and received within five (5) business days to avoid order cancellation.

SECTION 3: AUTHORIZATION:

The authorization phase is when we verify that your payment is authorized by you (customer) to prevent fraudulent orders. This process is usually completed within minutes, but may take longer if additional verification is required.

If your card does not authorize or needs additional verification, Arms Industries will notify you via email or phone with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken within 24 hours, your order will not be packaged for shipping and will be cancelled.

SECTION 4: FFL VERIFICATION

The FFL verification phase is designed to allow Arms Industries time to receive a signed copy of customers transferring dealers federal firearms license (FFL), then verify license is in good standing before shipping firearm(s) to transferring dealer.

It is the customers responsibility to contact their preferred FFL dealer and request they submit a signed copy of their FFL/SOT to us via email to ffl@armsindustries.com. In an effort to ensure order accuracy, please remember to request they include your name and order number when emailing us. Failure to do so may delay processing of your order.

SECTION 5: PACKAGING FOR SHIPMENT:

Once customers payment and transferring dealers federal firearms license (FFL) have been received and verified, Arms Industries will then obtain the stock and serial number for your item, package it and put it in queue for shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. You can review your order and download your invoice from the “Order History” section of your customer account by clicking “My Account” on our website.

SECTION 6: ORDER SHIPPED:

Please allow up to 24 hours for the status of your shipment to accurately be displayed. During this time shipping carrier is processing your package for fast delivery into their tracking system. Thank You for your patience!

SECTION 7: ITAR/EXPORTING:

Many of Arms Industries products are subject to U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations or similar laws applicable in other jurisdictions, including the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, trade and economic sanctions maintained by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) maintained by the Department of State.
