Arms Industries Return Policy applies only to items purchased directly from https://armsindustries.com. If you are a dealer and purchased from a distributor, or an individual that purchased from a dealer, please contact your dealer or distributor for their return policy. SECTION 1 – REFUND POLICY
At Arms Industries, we stand behind our products and services 100%. We are proud to offer a return policy on unopened and unused products. We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange a product. We are more than happy to accommodate “Eligible” returns/exchanges within 30 days from date of purchase.
*Eligible – To be eligible for a full refund, products must be returned with copy of original receipt or proof of purchase from Arms Industries, and must:
- be factory sealed (unopened)
- in original undamaged and unmarked packaging
- contain all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions and registration).
Items with a gift receipt from the packing slip may be returned for an electronic gift certificate from Arms Industries. Any product that has factory seal removed, cut, or tampered with, been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use cannot not be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only. Cash and check refunds that exceed $250 may be refunded with a Corporate Check. Please allow 10 business days after your return has been received and inspected for refund or shipment of exchange.
Any Arms Industries Repair or Exchange for product that is found to be defective will receive freight charges to and from Arms Industries refunded during the repair/exchange process.
Customer must email Customer Service at [email protected] with “Returns” in subject box and request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). An RMA number is required to return any product to us. Returns without an approved RMA number on package will be rejected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within (3) business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NOTE: If you return a Product that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or gift card and either (I) did not return the discounted or promotional item or (II) have already redeemed the promotional card, Arms Industries may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the Product.
SECTION 2 – NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Arms Industries reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
For reasons, including, but not limited to, consumer protection and safety, certain products may NOT be returned. Arms Industries will NOT accept returns for the following items, without limitation:
- Powder & Other Propellants
- Bullets & Other Projectiles
- Reloading Supplies
- Closeout & Clearance Items
- Optics and Lasers (covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and should be returned to the manufacturer)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days from date of purchase
- Clothing that has been washed or shows signs of wear
- Opened consumable items and cleaning kits
- Opened DVD, CD or other copyrighted software or material
- Products that have been damaged, used, missing packaging or accessories, or are otherwise not in factory new sellable condition
We understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the product manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective or damaged firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.

SECTION 4 – REASONABLE RESTOCKING FEE
If your product does not meet the requirements outlined above for a full refund, you may request a refund, exchange or Arms Industries Gift Card, minus a 25% restocking fee.
A 25% Restocking fee is assessed in fairness to compensate for order processing, forms, transfers, surcharges, taxes, credit card fees, outgoing shipping costs and loss of salability of the item during the transaction period, as well as other miscellaneous expenses.
SECTION 5 – DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
Arms Industries may revise and discontinue product at any time without notice to Buyer. In the event Arms Industries has discontinued Product ordered by Buyer, Arms Industries will notify Buyer and offer a comparable Product, if one is available.
