Arms Industries Online Shopping Instructions

1. If you are shopping with us for the first time, please select from one of the following categories under the “SHOP” tab to discover a variety of products. NOTE: Only a very small percentage of our products and other manufacturer products are displayed online. If you are looking for a specific item, please call or email us for availability, or to special order an item. Our inventory changes daily.
2. Select the items you would like to purchase.
3. Once selected, your selected product will be added to your shopping cart which can then be viewed at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen. Once you add a product to your cart, you can click on the “View Cart” link that will display on screen to edit your order.
4. Once you are happy with your order on the shopping cart page, scroll down to the “Cart total” section.
5. You may then edit your cart under the view cart tab. If you are happy with your purchase selections, please ensure you scroll down to the “Cart total” section.
6. Once you are happy with your total and shipping carrier, please click on the “Proceed to checkout” button.
7. On the checkout page, if you are a returning customer, simply click on the tab that asks if you are a returning customer, which will automatically fill in your personal and delivery address details for you. Please ensure that the Billing Details are correct as we will use this address as your default delivery address.
8. Your zip code is used to determine the delivery costs so please ensure it is correct. If you require any special requests during your delivery, please ensure these requests are made clear in the “Order notes” box. Once completed, please carefully read and accept our privacy policy, and terms and conditions, before you click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. This will then redirect you to our secure online payment gateway.
9. Fill in your credit card details or select to pay by EFT (distributors only option) then submit your order. You will then receive order confirmation via email which will contain your order details and order number (please use this number as a reference). Once we receive confirmation of your payment, your order will then be processed. You will receive email notifications at each stage of your order’s progress.
